Jeff Slate pens book included in The Rolling Stones' Tattoo You 40th Anniversary box set

Released in August 1981, Tattoo You featured the soon-to-be-classic Rolling Stones tracks and fan-favorites "Start Me Up" and "Waiting For A Friend," which propelled the album to the top of the charts across the world, hitting the number 1 spot on the Billboard chart in the US for nine weeks.

This release has been remastered by Stephen Marcussen with the box sets containing a second disc of 9 previously unreleased songs from around this period, dubbed the Lost & Found, and is completed with the never before released full live concert from Wembley 1982. Also included in both CD and vinyl boxes is a 132 page hard-backed book written by rock journalist Jeff Slate, with an interview with associate producer Chris Kimsey and an incredible selection of photos.

Tattoo You (2021 Remaster) releases October 22. Pre-order your copy and listen to the new song "Living In The Heart Of Love" from the Lost & Found now!
